Giving the Master Cleanse a shot
My roommates and i are currently on day 1 of the 10-day master cleanse. i’ve always wanted to do some kind of detox for my body, so i figured what better way to start the new semester?
It’s basically a liquid diet where your sole source of nourishment comes from this lemonade mixture (fresh squeezed lemons, water, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper) that you have to drink 6-12 times a day. You also have to drink this laxative tea to help flush your body.
It hasn’t been all that bad so far but i think the fact that i spent the whole day hungover as shit didn’t help. And i also can’t stop thinking about food. And i’m starting to get hungry. ALKSJ:LKDJF;lksjd;djl NINE MORE DAYS LETS GOOOOOO
